In this event, Maria Ana Barata (European University Institute) will present the key findings of her PhD thesis, which she has defended on 24 June 2021. Maria’s PhD thesis and therefore also her presentation is entitled:

“Between a Rock and a Hard Place. The Tensions between Banking Competition and Financial Stability within EU Resolution Law“.

The distinguished panel for this PhD series will consist of Prof. Christos Gortsos (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens), Prof. Seraina Gruenewald (Radboud University) and Prof. Luís Silva Morais (University of Lisbon – FDL).
