The EBI Monthly Review offers a summary of the Institute’s activity during the past month.

First day of EBI Master in EU Banking and Financial Regulation (LL.M.)

It was a great pleasure to personally welcome the new LL.M. students on the first day of our EBI Master in European Banking and Financial Regulation in partnership with the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.

We would like to thank Prof. Dr. Edgar Löw and Prof. Dr. Christos Gortsos for their fruitful lectures and Pascal Di Prima for his introductory speech.

Many thanks also to Oliver Matthews, Sandra Varky and Aylin Alpaslan for organizing a great event.

17th EBI Policy Series

It was a pleasure to host Mr. Leonardo Gambacorta (Head of the Innovation and Digital Economy Unit at BIS), Mr. Alexander Hodbod (Adviser, Market Infrastructure & Payments – Oversight Division at ECB) and Prof. Dr. Filippo Annunziata (Università Bocconi, Milano) on 13 September at the 17th EBI Policy Series, as they discussed the future of monetary systems.

This event was hosted by Mr. Nejc Smole, Member of the EBI Executive Board. The EBI Policy Center works under the auspices of Dr. Thomas Gstädtner, President of the EBI Supervisory Board.
