Each accepted research paper will be assigned to a discussant chosen among the senior academics involved in the Summer School.

About International Summer School

Over the past decade, the European banking and financial regulation have been subject to a long process of reforms. In particular, the main reforms design a new regulatory framework for both banking sector, as outcome of the Baking Union, and financial markets, through the implementation of the MiFID II/MiFIR package. Finally, the Green Paper as well as the Action Plan on Capital Markets Union open a new horizon of reforms for the very near future.

In this context the International Summer School on Banking & Financial Law 2018 brings together members of the main European research community in order to debate contemporary issues on European Banking and Financial law in light of most recent reforms.
