This year, it is 25 years since the establishment of the Swedish Bank Support Authority and 10 years since the second Swedish Bank Support Act was enacted. To mark the occasion, this seminar takes the opportunity to discuss what can be learned from history and what can be expected in the future. The speakers are world-leading authorities on the subject.
